How to Dominate NFL Playoff Fantasy Leagues
Advanced strategies that separate playoff fantasy champions from everyone else.
1. Target Teams With Byes
The #1 and #2 seeds get byes, meaning their players are fresher for the Divisional round. Historically, rested teams perform better — and their fantasy players score more.
2. Stack QB + WR
Unlike season-long, you CAN'T stack in playoff fantasy (one per team rule). This means you need to spread value. Target the best player from each of the strongest playoff teams.
3. Prioritize Super Bowl Contenders
Players on teams that advance to the Super Bowl get 4-5 games worth of scoring. Players eliminated in Wild Card only get 1. Draft for ceiling, not floor.
4. Don't Overthink Matchups
In a 5-week format, talent wins. Draft the best players regardless of Week 1 matchup. The variance is too high to game individual games.
