How to Play MLS Squares
Write the two team names in the header areas. Everyone claims squares with their initials. Draw digits 0 through 9 randomly for the headers after all squares are filled.
At halftime and at the final whistle, match the last digit of each team's score to find the winning square. Two checkpoints per match, two chances to win.
Soccer scores are low, which means the 0 and 1 digits come up most often. But since the digits are drawn randomly after squares are claimed, every square starts with equal odds. No soccer knowledge required.
