TERMS OF SERVICE

    Effective date: June 1, 2026

    1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Fantasy Playoffs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for entertainment and social purposes only and is not a gambling platform.

    3. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

    4. PERMITTED USE

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service; reverse engineer any part of the Service; use the Service to transmit spam or malicious content; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

    5. FOUNDING MEMBER PROGRAM

The Founding Member program provides lifetime access to premium features in exchange for a one-time payment. "Lifetime" means for as long as the Service is operating. Founding Member benefits are personal and non-transferable. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

    6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your payment card information.

    7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Service are owned by or licensed to Fantasy Playoffs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. User-generated content (such as league names and team names) remains yours, but by submitting it you grant us a license to display and store it as part of the Service.

    8. THIRD-PARTY SPORTS DATA

Fantasy Playoffs relies on third-party data providers for player statistics, scores, and rosters. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Scoring results are final once the sync window closes. We are not responsible for errors introduced by upstream data providers.

    9. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that engage in conduct we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or its users.

    10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

    11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy Playoffs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fantasy Playoffs and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

    13. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
